ELECTROCOAGULATION Cell
Electrocoagulation reactor electrochemically dissolves the aluminium(from the anode) into solution, reacting with the hydroxl ions (from the cathode)to form aluminium hydroxide. The hydroxide flocculates, coagulates the suspended solids and purifies the water.
ELECTRO OXIDATION Cell
In electrooxidation process the colloidal impurities get de-stabilized resulting in agglomeration and flotation and subsequent removal. BODs also get oxidized due to the oxidizing agents released by the electrolytic solution.The combined effect of these actions results in maximum BOD reduction.
ELECTROFLOTATION Cell
Electroflotation reactor processes and floats the de-stabilized solids to the surface of water by the tiny bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen gases generated from water electrolysis.
